Tgroups who challenge and rethink established practices. However, the research found that simply inviting diverse voices to participate is insufficient; challengers need to be actively engaged to maintain their interest and prevent disengagement.

The study, which focused on the Dutch circular agriculture mission, revealed a paradox: while the Ministry of Agriculture, Nathe findings underline the need to balance efficient progress within existing systems with creating space for new ideas and initiatives to flourish.
